Over the years I have used customer service skills in a range of positions including being a destination rep in Mexico and working in hospitality in Costa Rica. I enjoy planning and making to-do lists to keep things organized! For the last 17 years and currently, I work as an independent personal trainer with specialties in mobility and active aging.
At [mend]physio's front desk I enjoy using these customer service skills and being surrounded by a team of professionals also dedicated to movement and health!
Outside of [mend]physio, I parent an active daughter and chihuahua, enjoy cooking international cuisine, gardening and spend time in the gym or outdoor pool.
