I developed my customer care expertise at a high level — 35,000 feet to be exact. I bring the same organization and problem-solving approach I needed as a flight attendant to my work here at [mend]physio.

After planting my feet back on the ground to raise a family in Leslieville, joining the team at [mend] was an easy decision. As a patient, I experienced first-hand the expertise, warmth and support that the team offered everyone who walks through the door, and I’m excited to continue that tradition.

Leslieville has truly become my home so when I’m not behind the desk at the clinic, you’re likely to find me around the neighbourhood socializing with friends or catching up on all the music gigs that were postponed for the last two years.
