Growing up in Windsor, sports were always a big part of my life. Hockey, in particular, opened many doors and allowed me to travel across North America, playing both NCAA Division I and professionally. The physical demands of high-level sport, and its accompanying injuries, sparked an interest not only in how the body performs, but how it recovers and adapts.
Having spent plenty of time recovering from my own injuries, I developed an appreciation for the role physiotherapy plays in rehabilitation. What started as personal curiosity soon became a passion for helping others. My background in competitive athletics and experience in a variety of environments have shaped a practical, performance-driven approach to physiotherapy. While I enjoy helping athletes return to their sport, I’m equally dedicated to supporting people of all ages and activity levels—whether they’re recovering from an injury or looking to move with less pain.
I emphasize collaboration and individualized care, combining manual therapy, progressive exercise, and education to create clear, effective plans that align with each person’s goals.
When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll usually find me at the rink, in the gym, hitting the golf course, following NHL and college hockey, or playing guitar.
Special Interests: hockey players, weekend warriors, desk workers, sport injuries, post-surgical.
